The installation process begins with our pre install site survey to assess the work involved. We then plan the installation process coordinating with you and any other relevant suppliers.
During the installation our project management skills mean we ensure that we complete each phase on time and within the agreed parameters.
Our engineers not only understand the complexities of the technology, each one is trained in customer service skills too. So you will find the onsite team friendly, helpful, and courteous, as well as technically expert.
You will also find that we put particular emphasis on punctuality to keep to the agreed timetable, but are also flexible to accommodate any unforeseen changes to the schedule that you might need to make.
After installation is complete our post install survey provides a total site-wide triple checked for you before hand over. We assess our work against a ten page check list that notes whether we have merely met, or exceeded your expectations for each individual element. Because that is our aim with every customer install.
