At Spire Communications we don’t offer just good old fashioned maintenance contracts that only cover your equipment for system failure, and service the odd programming change once or twice a year..

Not only do we cover your hardware/software in case of failure, we also offer Free of Charge remote support and programming changes for the duration of your contract! As part of all of our packages you’ll get a direct number to our dedicated support desk, full email support real time fault updates via our support desk portal. These can be accessed via desktop, mobile or tablet.

Our standard support packages cover normal working hours 08:30 – 17:30 Monday – Friday with options available on response and fix times to suit your business. If your business trades outside of these hours Spire Communications are happy to offer bespoke support contracts, simply request a call back below to discuss which package is right for you

We have a highly skilled team of trained and certified telecommunications engineers. Their job is to ensure that your new product is installed quickly and correctly with the minimum possible disturbance to your business, and that it is fully set-up to your specifications and requirements.

The installation process begins with our pre install site survey to assess the work involved. We then plan the installation process coordinating with you and any other relevant suppliers.

During the installation our project management skills mean we ensure that we complete each phase on time and within the agreed parameters.

Our engineers not only understand the complexities of the technology, each one is trained in customer service skills too. So you will find the onsite team friendly, helpful, and courteous, as well as technically expert.

You will also find that we put particular emphasis on punctuality to keep to the agreed timetable, but are also flexible to accommodate any unforeseen changes to the schedule that you might need to make.

After installation is complete our post install survey provides a total site-wide triple checked for you before hand over. We assess our work against a ten page check list that notes whether we have merely met, or exceeded your expectations for each individual element. Because that is our aim with every customer install.
